Jacki's Aerobic Dance

Jacki's Aerobic Dance is a progressive and choreographed aerobic program for the non-dancer. The class format includes a warm-up, VERTIFIR - an exclusive, vertical floor work exercise using optionally hand-held weights - a heart-rate booster, twenty-five minutes of aerobic dance, and a cool-down. With Jacki's Aerobic Dance, participants can burn fat, condition their cardiovascular system, build strength and have fun. Instructor is Barb Vlcek.

Jacki's Strongstep

STEP into fitness with Jacki's Strongstep, a high-energy, low-impact total-body workout. In addition to the traditional warm-up, abdominal work, Strongstep includes a heart-rate booster, step conditioners and a cool-down set to music. Instructor is Barb Vlcek.
